Validate APGFCU's Online Banking website:

To ensure you are on a valid APGFCU website before you sign in to Online Banking, check your browser address bar to be sure you see the following addresses with a lock symbol:

• For the valid APGFCU Home Page: https://www.apgfcu.com
• For the valid APGFCU Online Banking Login page: https://online.apgfcu.com/apgfcuonlinebanking/uux.aspx#/login

Ensure that "https://" is before the address as shown above.

Safe Login ID Creation:

Consider these options when choosing a Login ID to ensure you build a secure login for your Online and Mobile Banking accounts:

• Use letters, numbers and symbols in your Login ID.
• Avoid using personal information such as your name or member number that may be easy to identify.

Safe Password Creation:

To log into APGFCU Online and Mobile Banking, you will be required to create a password with the following requirements:

• Must be between five and 15 characters and include:
  • At least one number
  • At least one lowercase character
  • At least one uppercase character
  • At least one special character
    • Examples of special characters: `-!@#$%^&*()_+=\{\}|:;?,./)
• Must not be based on your personal information such as tax identification number, address or telephone number.
• Must be different from any of your last 10 passwords used.
  • May not be the same as your current password.
• Please note: The password is case-sensitive.

Safe Biometric Sign In:

Sign in to your APGFCU Online Banking account using biometrics like a fingerprint or facial recognition in our APGFCU Mobile Banking app. With this feature, you can:

• Validate your Mobile Banking session using your fingerprint or facial recognition instead of a Login ID and password.
• Protect your account from being accessed by others in case you lose your phone.

Safe Password and Contact Information Maintenance:

It is best practice to update your passwords on a monthly basis and keep contact information up to date.

To update your APGFCU Online Banking password:

1. Log into Online Banking.
2. Go to "Settings", then choose "Update Password."
3. Follow the safe password creation steps to create a new password.

To update your contact information through Online and Mobile Banking:

1. Log into Online Banking.
2. Go to "Settings", then under "Preferences" choose "Contact Info."
3. Click "Edit" for each account information that is on record.
