Let APGFCU help you prepare for college. We put together a collection of scholarship details and resources to help you get to school.
APGFCU is dedicated to helping students who are graduating high school, continuing their education through college, trade school or certificate programs, and returning adults reach their goals through our Scholarship Awards program.
In our 26th year of helping those at every phase of higher education, we are asking students to discuss the following topic:
Saving for the future isn’t easy. Everyday expenses can quickly take up the majority of your budget. What financial goals do you have, and how can your credit union help you make wise financial decisions and reach your goals?
Participants may respond to the contest topic from January 2 through February 28, 2023, in one of three ways:
The APGFCU-sponsored scholarship contest is open to members in good standing who are: high school students 18 years of age or younger, anticipating a Spring 2023 graduation; continuing students of college, trade school or a certificate program in 2023; or adults returning to a for-credit college, trade school or a certificate program in 2023. This scholarship does not apply to students in post-graduate programs nor to payment of student loans.
Only one entry, received during the contest period, will be accepted from any participant. Applications will be evaluated, without regard to financial need. Click to see official rules.
Winners will be announced at the 2023 APGFCU Annual Meeting on April 20, 2023.
