What is an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)?

It’s like an ATM, but better! You can talk to a live APGFCU® virtual teller through a video screen and conduct a wide range of services. If you prefer a self-service option, you can use the ITM just like a regular ATM.

Is it hard to use?

Not at all! It’s simple, and our team will be right there to guide you as you use it.

What can I do at an ITM?

You can deposit checks or cash, withdraw money, make loan payments, transfer funds, and ask questions — just like at the teller window.

Why are you adding ITMs?

To serve you better! ITMs help reduce wait times and provide you with more flexibility, while still maintaining the local, personal service you trust.

Is my branch getting ITMs?

All new APGFCU branches will feature ITM technology. Over the next few years, branch drive-thrus will be retrofitted to provide the convenience of ITMs. Members will benefit from expanded ATM access, and we will be able to keep drive-thrus open for teller services when branch lobbies may close, such as during inclement weather.

Where are the tellers? Are they overseas?

No, APGFCU virtual tellers are working right here in Maryland. And, there will be APGFCU employees in our branches during lobby hours to assist you with your transaction, applying for a loan or opening an account.
