EDGEWOOD, Md., July 25, 2019 – APG Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) was named Best In-State Credit Union by Forbes Magazine in their second annual review of Best In-State Credit Unions and Banks.
Forbes enlisted, Statitsa, an independent research firm, to survey more than 25,000 customers in the U.S. about their current and former relationships with their financial institutions. The credit unions were scored based on the respondent's overall recommendation and satisfaction, as well as five other categories including, trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice.
“It is an honor to receive this recognition from one of the most trusted business magazines in America,” stated APGFCU President and CEO Don Lewis. “Credit union members have a voice and a vote as owners of the credit union. The people helping people philosophy that credit unions are so heavily rooted in is what continues to set us apart.”
