In this webinar, learn how to find and apply for scholarships, understand the financial aid process, complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and how to secure various types of student loans.
Turquoise Grinnage is the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Cecil College. She has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Maryland University College. Ms. Turquoise has worked at Cecil College for ten years and enjoys helping students make sense of the financial aid process.
Amanda Seiverd is a nationally certified school counselor at Edgewood High School. Ms. Seiverd is the Scholarship Coordinator and Scholarship Committee Chairperson at her school. Ms. Seiverd works closely with students to complete the FAFSA, apply for scholarships, and find financial aid opportunities that will support their post-secondary plans.
Darwin Morency joined Sallie Mae in 2019 and has over twenty years of experience in the education finance industry. Darwin has spent several years as a Relationship Manager for KeyBank, Chase Education Finance and First Marblehead, servicing Colleges and Universities throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions. In his role at Sallie Mae, Darwin currently manages undergrad and graduate & professional school relationships in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, working hard to promote Sallie Mae programs and financial literacy initiatives on the graduate and undergraduate school level.
