APGFCU Honors Louise Oldland for 25 Years of Dedicated Service

In February, APG Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) honored Louise Oldland, operations analyst, with an award presentation for 25 years of dedicated service to the credit union.

In 1987, Ms. Oldland was hired as a teller at APGFCU’s Aberdeen Proving Ground Branch and was later promoted to support services representative. Since then, Ms. Oldland has held positions as member service representative and administrative assistant. In her current role as operations analyst, Information Technology, Ms. Oldland is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and resolving issues within APGFCU’s technological infrastructure. She lives in Aberdeen, Maryland.

As one of the largest employers in Harford County, APGFCU has 290 employees, 68 percent of whom live in Harford County and 17 percent in Cecil County. The credit union encourages the professional advancement of its employees and promotes from within.

As a not-for-profit cooperative with its members’ interests at heart, the financial and social well-being of the local communities remains APGFCU’s top priority. Since its founding in 1938, APGFCU continues to fulfill its mission of ‘people helping people’ by returning profits to members in the form of lower loan rates and higher dividends on savings.

APGFCU is committed to building strong families for a stronger community with 11 branches in Harford and Cecil counties. Membership is free and open to everyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in Harford County or Cecil County.
