Your Seven Candidates for Board
of Directors
Presenting your seven (7) candidates for the Board of Directors. Members may vote for four (4) candidates. Each person elected will serve a three-year term. Ballots were mailed in January 2012 with your fourth quarter statement. Voting began January 6, 2012, and will end March 25, 2012. You can vote by electronic device, drop your ballot into a ballot box at any branch location or return your ballot by mail. The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at the Richlin Ballroom in Edgewood, Maryland.

John A. Blomquist
Current Secretary of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Community Involvement Committee. Have served on several leadership positions on the APGFCU Board and have served on committees at the state and national
level. Masters in Statistics; retired after 40 plus years at APG. Active in church and civic organizations. I will
continue to put service to members as a top priority and to keep the credit union safe and sound. |

Wayne G. Taylor
After the Army, I received an engineering degree in 1975 and have worked for the DoD (Safety Engineer) since then. I became an APGFCU volunteer in 2005 and serve on several committees. I am currently an Associate
(non-voting) Director and wish to serve you even more as a voting member of the Board. As a soldier, I served
my country…as a safety professional, I served soldiers… as a Director, I will serve YOU! |

Joseph A. Traino III
Currently an active Board Director with 18+ years of volunteer credit union experience. Served as Treasurer; chairman of four committees, and presently serving on Human Resources, Technology, Bankruptcy/Charge-
Off/Delinquency, Planning/Budget/Asset Liability Management, and Community Involvement Committees.
I hold a BS, MA, and advanced credit union education achievements. "A retired Army officer, Harford County
resident, and credit union member since 1976; it is a tremendous privilege to devote my time to our members
and their best interests." |

Alan W. Benton
I currently serve as an Associate Director on the Board; past Board Director for two years. I have been a member of several APGFCU committees including: the Supervisory Committee, Planning/Budget/Asset
Liability Management, Bankruptcy/Charge-Off/Delinquency, Human Resources, and Volunteer Recruitment.
A retiree from APG (AMSAA, ATEC), my lifetime experiences include active involvement in church and
civic organizations. With longtime membership and interest in APGFCU, I would consider it an honor to
represent you. |

Charles N. Alston, Sr.
Established membership in 1963. Currently serving on the Board as Chairman of the Volunteer Recruitment Committee. Served on Executive, Planning/Budget/Asset Liability Management, Bankruptcy/Charge-
Off/Delinquency, Credit Appeals, Nominating, and Community Involvement Committees. I hold a BS in
Engineering Mathematics and have completed some graduate studies. As an Operations Research Analyst, and
through civic, religious, and fraternal operations, I have demonstrated quality leadership. My vast experience
and unstinting dedication will be beneficial to the continuing success of APGFCU. |

Sandra J. Sasser
I am currently serving on the Community Involvement Committee, Volunteer Recruitment Committee and I am
a fourth term Board Associate. Previously served on the Planning/Budget/Asset Liability Management, Human
Resources and Supervisory Committees. Involved in credit unions and its philosophy since 1983. "I encourage
member participation in all credit union services in order to continue to make APGFCU the best financial
institution in Harford and Cecil Counties." |

David H. Gilbert
Chairman of the Board, Harvard graduate, Maryland Law School, graduate degree in Business Administration. Have served on APGFCU Marketing, Human Resources, Planning/Budget/Asset Liability Management,
Executive, Nominating, and Volunteer Recruitment Committees. I have served as a director on national and
state credit union associations and their committees. I am dedicated to meeting the financial needs of all our
members while assuring financial safety, soundness, and success of APGFCU. |
