Students, Teens, and young Adults Reaching
Success through Savings—that's the way
we make stellar money managers out of our younger members.
STARSS membership encourages thrift in savings and
provides education in the wise and responsible use
of credit.
The STARSS program is broken down into three age groups
with varying benefits that parallel a young persons
evolution into a true money manager. The groups are
divided up by 13-15 year olds,
16-17 year olds, and 18-21
year olds.
