What if I lose my phone or get a new one?

If you lose your phone or get a new one, log in to your Online Banking account. Under the User Services tab in the Manage Account section, select Mobile Enrollment. You will be redirected to the Mobile Enrollment page. Select the Click Here button to be routed to the options to cancel your enrollment, change your phone number or get a new activation code.
