APGFCU Hires Valarie McNeese as Director of Human Resources

Prior to joining APGFCU, Ms. McNeese designed skill-based management training and development programs, and served as a Human Resources manager for several different industries. Ms. McNeese holds a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification and is an active member of the Chesapeake Human Resource Association (CHRA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). 

APGFCU is a not-for-profit member owned cooperative. Serving the Harford and Cecil County communities for 71 years, it is the largest credit union in Harford County and the fourth-largest federally chartered credit union in Maryland.
