APGFCU Donates Over $72,000 To Community Organizations    

(Aberdeen, October 14, 2008) — Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union [APGFCU] proudly donated over $72,000 in 2008 to nearly 50 community-based organizations and programs in Harford and Cecil counties, including Harford Habitat for Humanity, Scoutreach, Salvation Army, Elkton Alliance, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of both Harford and Cecil County.

As part of its “people helping people” philosophy, APGFCU donates annually to local organizations and programs that support the social and economic well-being of the Harford and Cecil communities.  APGFCU has eight branches in Harford and Cecil Counties and plans to open a ninth branch in Forest Hill in November.
