APGFCU Hires Lavorette Preston as Senior Human Resources Generalist

(Aberdeen, October 8, 2008) — Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union [APGFCU] is proud to announce that Lavorette Preston has been hired as Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Ms. Preston comments, “I am very excited about my new role at APGFCU. I am inspired by the organization’s culture and its commitment to the members and employees.”
Among other duties and responsibilities, Ms. Preston will manage Employee Relations and Performance and Compensation.
Prior to joining APGFCU, Ms. Preston was a Human Resources Manager at Duffield Associates, in Wilmington, Delaware. A graduate of the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Ms. Preston is a Harford County native and currently resides in Havre de Grace.
