APGFCU Introduces New Mobile Banking    

(Aberdeen, June 13, 2008) — Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union [APGFCU] is excited to announce Mobile Banking @ APGFCU, a new, FREE service for all APGFCU members.  APGFCU is committed to providing the most advanced technology options for its members.  Mobile Banking @ APGFCU will enable members to perform financial transactions anytime, anywhere, using their mobile device. 

APGFCU offers a full menu of Online and Mobile Banking services, answering the needs of our on-the-go members and providing easy, convenient, and secure solutions.

To introduce the convenience of Mobile Banking to its members, APGFCU will give away four new Blackberry Pearl mobile phones to new subscribers who sign up for the free service in July.

Currently, about 10 percent of the general U.S. population uses mobile banking.  These numbers — particularly for younger consumers — are expected to grow significantly in the coming years.
