APGFCU’s Grace Colleen R. Knopp Earns Accreditation as Financial Counselor    

(Aberdeen, April 7, 2008) — Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, [APGFCU], is pleased to announce that Grace Colleen R. Knopp, APGFCU Budgetary Adviser, has been awarded the designation of Accredited Financial Counselor, through the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education, [AFCPE].

To receive the AFCPE accreditation, Ms. Knopp passed comprehensive examinations covering personal finance and agreed to abide by the association’s code of ethics.

Ms. Knopp stated, “I look forward to sharing the benefits of my accreditation with our members in order to help them achieve their goals.”

For nearly 14 years, Ms. Knopp has been providing APGFCU members with a broad range of preventive help, productive goal setting, and remedial counseling services as well as free financial education seminars throughout the Harford and Cecil county communities.
