Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union Fills Three Key Marketing Communications Positions (Aberdeen, MD December 4, 2007) — Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union hired Janice Carey as Marketing Communications Director. Carey will manage the communications team as well as develop APGFCU’s marketing initiatives. Carey brings with her nearly fifteen years of marketing experience. Prior to joining the credit union movement, she was the Director, Station Relations of Maryland Public Television for nearly ten years. She holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University in Maryland and several web design certifications. Dana Nunley was hired as Marketing Communcations Specialist. Nunley will support the communications team and assist in the development and management of APGFCU’s marketing initiatives. Nunley brings with her six years of marketing and financial services experience. Prior to joining the credit union movement, she was the Advertising Director for Baltimore County Savings Bank for four years. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Michael O’Malley was hired as Web Developer/Administrator. O’Malley will manage the growth of APGFCU’s public web site as well as the credit union’s intranet site. O’Malley brings with him over ten years of web design experience. Prior to joining the credit union movement, he was Corporate Webmaster for Sinclair Broadcast Group, which owns 57 television stations and 61 radio stations across the country. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Salisbury State University in Maryland. .
