Position Title: Accounts Control Administrative Assistant
Location/ Department: Edgewood Operations Center
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Accounts Control Branch Manager, perform a variety of investigative and general office duties including bookkeeping, clerical, teller and accounting duties for the Accounts Control department. Responsibility to perform full-time duties of one centralized function, and have the skills, knowledge and abilities to back up the other centralized function, Accounts Control Representative I. Duties include general office duties utilizing available collection tools to monitor delinquent members, encouraging re-payment, documenting collection activity, processing repossessed property, deposits, withdrawals and transfers of funds, general ledger transactions, teller drawer balancing, and maintaining applicable records and reports. The collection process is conducted in accordance with credit union policy, bankruptcy code, legal regulations, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and governing state laws.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: : Knowledge of credit and collection practices and regulations. Good verbal communications, interpersonal skills, organizational skills. Knowledge of financial institution procedures, basic principles of debit and credits, general office equipment. Working knowledge of various sate and federal laws and regulations pertaining to repossessions, bankruptcies and attorney actions. Ability to prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines: must be detail and numbers oriented. Excel Word or other similar applications useful.
Education: Equivalent to high school diploma plus knowledge of credit and collection practices and regulations
Experience: One year of experience in general office duties and experience in credit and collections.
Position Title: Full Time Teller
Location/ Department: Harford and Cecil County
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Perform over-the-counter and drive-in duties required to service member's requests to make share account and share draft deposits, withdrawals and transfers, cash share drafts and other negotiable instruments; buy money orders, Traveler's and Credit Union checks; make loan payments and pay utility bills in accordance with established and prescribed procedures of Credit Union. Verify all cash amounts received, enter all transactions into computer, and summarize and close out all transactions at close of each day.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of financial institution office procedures, basic principles of debits and credits, commercial mathematics, data entry terminal operation (CRT), typing, check cutting, communication and human relations skills.
Education: Equivalent to high school diploma plus additional specialized courses.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of general business office experience including customer service and cash handling experience.
Position Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Marketing Communications Director, manages the day-to-day marketing functions of the credit union. Monitors all marketing programs, advertising campaigns, promotions, delivery systems, and community service activities for effectiveness, execution, and compliance with credit union policies and external rules and regulations. Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the credit union. Performs a variety of creative and support duties related to the marketing function within the credit union. Supervises marketing department interns.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency on personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Proficiency with Quark and Illustrator required. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop required. Proficiency with Dreamweaver for web development and beginner to intermediate understanding of ASP coding. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under deadline pressure and handle multiple priorities at a rapid pace.
Education: At least two years of college course work in the marketing communications field or equivalent training. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, or Publications Design is preferred. Experience may be substituted for formal education.
Experience: Three or more years experience in marketing communications or related field. Financial Services experience is a plus. Experience working with outside agencies and vendors is required.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Responsible for the continued design and development of a highly interactive database driven website and intranet using today's latest tools and technology. Leads the coordination with technical, creative, and operational staff within the company to manage and ensure a vibrant, interactive product that will meet the changing needs of the credit union and its members. Designs, configures, and maintains the website for internal and external communication based on organization's intranet, internet, and homepage strategies and goals. Insures that the website is available to desired audience with appropriates links and security designed into the site. Researches and evaluates new technologies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
