Join us during Military Appreciation Month as we celebrate ordinary servicemen and women who do extraordinary things.
We want to spotlight our hometown military heroes who have distinguished themselves with exceptional courage, kindness, compassion, unselfish character or acts of heroism. Your military hero could be a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker!
If someone is a hero in your eyes, we encourage you to nominate them for the APGFCU Hometown Military Hero Award. This is your chance to tell us, in 750 words or less, why an active serviceman or woman is a hero and deserves the spotlight! Best of all, if your hero is chosen, they’ll win a:
